CLASSES
Gentle Yoga & Yin
This class combines gentle, mindful poses with longer-held Yin postures to help release tension, improve mobility, and encourage deep relaxation. We’ll move through a calm and accessible sequence designed to increase body awareness, ease tight muscles, and create space in the joints before settling into restorative Yin poses. This practice offers an opportunity to settle the nervous system, recover, and reconnect with your body. All experience levels are welcome.
Class runs Monday nights from 6-7pm.
Vin to Yin Yoga
This class blends the energy of Vinyasa (“Vin”) with the calm of Yin. You’ll start with flowing, mindful movements designed to build heat, strength, and flexibility, then ease into slower, longer-held poses that release tension, support muscle recovery, and reach deep connective tissues. The balance of active effort and restorative stillness leaves you feeling grounded and renewed, making this practice a perfect complement to both training and everyday life.
Class runs Tuesday nights from 6-7pm.
Power vinyasa yoga
Get ready to move, breathe, and energize. This 60-minute class is a strong, flowing practice designed to build heat, strength, and flexibility. You’ll move through creative, breath-driven sequences that challenge the body and focus the mind—leaving you feeling empowered and refreshed. Expect a dynamic pace, intentional transitions, and opportunities to explore your edge. Modifications and amplifications are always offered, making this class accessible for students of all levels!
Class runs Wednesday nights from 6-7pm.
